so originally during a recent beautiful discs stream, scorpy said he wanted someone to design a vehicle for him based on the ones in speed racer (the 2008 wii game adaptation of the 2008 wachowski sisters movie adaptation of the 1967 anime adaptation of the 1966 manga of the same name)

this was my original intent, but through a lot of experimenting and trial and error, i wound up with something looking more like something out of f-zero.

the disc part of it was an idea from the beginning, and i had the frontal prongs in there pretty early on as well, but surprisingly, it was only through how the two combined that it also happened to become shaped like a halo energy sword. this was not entirely on purpose.

i'm still pretty new to blender modeling overall, so i'm very happy with these results. hopefully they're enjoyable to others as well!

the whole cutscene is like this but this line absolutely floors me. why did he say it like that. why did he go along with this guy in the first place. starting to understand why he doesnt sound like this in smash

Nintendo GameCube - Nintendo Classics announced for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack on Switch 2 - Gematsu

Nintendo has announced Nintendo GameCube – Nintendo Classics for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers. It will launch alongside the hardware on June 5. A dedicated wireless controller designed after the original GameCube controller will also be available for purchase for Nintendo Switch Online members.
